  • Pathways to Stillness - A Polyvagal Guide (Presented on behalf of Deb Dana, LCSW)

    This was a live, all day workshop at the annual Psychotherapy Networker Symposium 2022. This workshop, written and designed by Deb Dana, LCSW, led participants through the basic biology of the autonomic nervous system, including the complicated autonomic process of accessing stillness.

  • The Polyvagal Theory and Play - Keynote Presentation

    The Power of Play 2024 Conference, hosted by Clear Sky Children’s Charity, Oxford, UK | November 2, 2024

    Participants in this keynote address had the opportunity to dive into the world of Polyvagal Theory, and learn about play through the lens of the autonomic nervous system. Participants learned the basic principles of the Polyvagal Theory, participated in round table exercises, and most importantly, had the chance to bring their social engagement system alive with lots of active play.
